F.A.Q
Our TheSkinStep Vitamin C Facial Wash brightens and refreshes your skin. It helps fight dullness, evens out skin tone, and boosts radiance. Plus, it gently cleanses without stripping your skin’s natural moisture.
This toner exfoliates the skin, removes dead cells, and helps unclog pores. It smooths texture, fades dark spots, and gives you that glowing, even complexion. It’s perfect for refining skin over time!
Niacinamide (Vitamin B3) helps regulate oil, minimizes pores, and reduces redness. It also strengthens the skin barrier, improving overall skin health. It’s a game-changer for acne-prone and sensitive skin.
Morning Routine (AM)
1. Cleanse — TheSkinStep Vitamin C Facial Wash
Start your day with a refreshing cleanse. This brightening face wash removes impurities, boosts radiance, and preps your skin for the day ahead.
- Gently massage onto damp skin for 30-60 seconds.
- Rinse with lukewarm water and pat dry.
2. Treat — The Ordinary Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1% Serum
Balance oil, reduce redness, and minimize pores with this powerhouse serum.
- Apply 2-3 drops to your face and neck.
- Gently press into the skin until absorbed.
3. Moisturize (optional but recommended)
Lock in hydration with a lightweight, non-comedogenic moisturizer.
4. Protect — Sunscreen (SPF 30 or higher)
Since you’re using glycolic acid at night, SPF is a must to protect your skin from sun sensitivity and maintain results.
Evening Routine (PM)
1. Cleanse — TheSkinStep Vitamin C Facial Wash
Wash away the day’s buildup, makeup, and excess oil with your vitamin C cleanser.
2. Exfoliate — TheSkinStep Glycolic Acid 7% Toning Solution (2-3x a week)
Gently resurface your skin for a smoother, more radiant glow.
- Use on dry skin after cleansing.
- Apply to a cotton pad and sweep across your face and neck (avoiding the eye area).
- Let dry completely before applying other products.
Note: If you’re not using the toner, skip straight to the serum!
3. Treat — The Ordinary Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1% Serum
Boost skin repair, calm inflammation, and support your barrier overnight.
- Same application as the morning routine (2-3 drops on clean, dry skin).
4. Moisturize
Finish with a nourishing moisturizer to replenish and hydrate while you sleep.
Pro Tips:
- Frequency: Use glycolic acid 2-3 times a week in the evening. On nights you skip the toner, just cleanse, apply niacinamide, and moisturize.
- Vitamin C & Niacinamide: TheSkinStep vitamin C cleanser is mild, so it’s generally safe to use with niacinamide. But if you notice irritation, alternate days or use vitamin C in the morning and niacinamide at night.
- Patch Test: Always test new products on a small area before full use.
✨ Stick with this routine, and you’ll see smoother, brighter, and healthier skin in no time!
Yes, but always patch-test first. Glycolic Acid might cause tingling or redness, especially if your skin is new to acids. Start slow and listen to your skin.
If irritation occurs, stop using the product temporarily. Introduce it slowly back into your routine or use it less frequently. Always follow with hydrating and soothing products.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 days, depending on your location.
